Toulouse

The range of shops in Toulouse is very varied. Most clothing shops can be found around the Capitole and the Esquirol district, which used to be responsible for textile production. The Rue d'Alsace-Lorraine is a real shopping street where you will find an endless row of shops from large clothing chains. Also in the shopping complex of the famous Galeries Lafayette, you can find many famous brands.

District Saint-Pierre

The Saint-Pierre district is appreciated by all. The most luxurious shopping street in Bordeaux is the Cours de l'Intendance. Here, brands such as Max Mara, Façonnable, IKKS and Massimo Dutti have established themselves. Further on, you enter the Rue Sainte-Catherine, which at 1.4 km is the longest shopping street in Bordeaux. Here you will find shops like Zara, Mango, H&M and most other famous brands. More specialised shops can be found in the heart of the district, in streets such as Rue des Trois Conils, Rue du Pas Saint-Georges, Rue des Remparts and Rue de la Porte Dijeaux. Here you will find a wide variety of clothing, vintage and designer shops.

  • IDKL: a shoe fetishist just like me? Then you should definitely drop by IDKL! Catherine Grenet has gained many fans in the 15 years she has been in business thanks to her quirky collection of shoes, jewellery and bags, which she imports herself from Italy (number 19).
  • Le petit Souk: trendy children's shop with a varied range of baby and toddler clothing, accessories for the nursery and original toys (number 26).
