- Rentals always per week(from sunday till sunday)
- When booking, we ask for 30% of the weekly rental amount. Upon receipt of the deposit, Manoir Le Caillou will confirm your requested period by email and keep it available for you.
- 14 days before arrival transfer the full amount plus € 600 deposit.
- The deposit will be refunded at the latest 2 weeks after departure if no damage was caused. The damage caused will be compensated in full in new value and will be deducted from the deposit.
- Arrival is possible from 16.00h
- Departure before 10.00h. A supplement of €75 will be charged for late departures, as the cleaning service needs to be reinforced
- In addition, a visitor's tax of € 0.70/person/night will be charged from the age of 18 years. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival to the owner or the gestionnaire de biens (local contact person).
- Interim cleaning, if required, is €250.
- Additional services, if required, will be settled directly with the gestionnaire de biens.
